Alief Taylor defensive end Joseph Ogunbanjo announced his commitment to Baylor today, and took a few minutes to discuss the decision in depth with SicEmSports.

The 6-foot-3, 217-pound prospect is commitment No. 18 for the Baylor 2018 recruiting class, the seventh defender to join the class and the third defensive line commitment.

He chose the Bears over other offers from Arizona, Cal, Houston, Kansas, Arizona State, SMU, Texas Tech, Utah and several others.

Currently rated a 5.6 three-star prospect, Ogunbanjo earned District 23-6A All-District Defensive Honorable Mention and District 23-6A All-District First Team All-Academic honors this past season.
