Shorts visits WVU: 'Loved it'

Elkton (Md.) Eastern Christian Academy is in its first official year of existence but in its short time the startup school has littered many FBS commit lists. One school that has benefited is West Virginia who has verbal commitments from Rivals three star running back Wendell Smallwood and fellow Rivals three star slot receiver Daikiel Shorts.


The talented due had planned on taking an unofficial visit to WVU during Saturday's showdown with longtime rival Maryland Terrapins. Smallwood was unable to attend so Daikiel Shorts decided he was going to bring more prospects along with him. USC offensive guard commit Khaliel Rodgers, Auburn cornerback commit Jahmere Irvin-Sills along with 2014 prospects wide receiver Neiko Creamer and 2014 cornerback Vashon Tucker.
